Megan has over 25 years of experience in finance.  She began her career with a respected Madison Avenue accounting firm where she served both businesses and high-net-worth individuals. She then joined with a Fortune 100 company in varying finance roles including financial analyst.  Later in her career she was CFO of a $40 million company where she helped the firm's partners develop a strategy for their buy/sell agreements; advised on re-vamping employee benefits; hired a new CEO, and obtained many legal contracts necessary to position the company for future accelerated growth.

This is where Megan came into her niche in the insurance industry and decided to put her experience with business and personal finance to work to help others.

Megan is an expert on voluntary benefits and quickly rose to District General Agent with Colonial Life.  Having worked for years as a business advisor, she understands how to add to employees’ welfare and round out companies’ benefits portfolio packages to maximize their impact while maintaining detailed cost constraints.  In today’s market, it is necessary to not only attract, but retain talent within an organization.  In this complex environment, it is important to understand the impact of offering such programs and how it affects everyone’s bottom line.

Megan is a graduate of Binghamton University and resides in the NYC suburbs.  She is a proud mother of a daughter and two sons.
