Zach is an emerging leader in the intersection of sports, strategy, and business development. With a track record of success in both grassroots initiatives and industry-facing projects, he brings a distinctive combination of practical experience, analytical rigor, and entrepreneurial drive to his role as a consultant for Silver Rock’s Athletes & Entertainers Planning division. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at the University of Connecticut School of Law, with the goal of deepening his expertise in sports law, governance, and business strategy.
Zachary’s strategic and operational capabilities were sharpened during his time at SPORTFIVE, a leading global sports marketing agency, where he collaborated on a research presentation for senior management exploring the role of artificial intelligence in sports. His work included evaluating emerging properties and pitching forward-looking investment recommendations—an experience that cultivated his fluency in data-driven decision-making and trend analysis.
His passion for sports communication is reflected in The Commencement Podcast, which he co-founded and has produced since 2021. The podcast, dedicated to contemporary sports discourse, showcases Zachary’s ability to distill complex narratives and engage with evolving industry topics. In addition, five summers at Camp Chipinaw & Silver Lake Camp—two of which were spent in leadership roles—equipped him with hands-on experience in team management, mentorship, and conflict resolution.
Zachary earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Syracuse University’s David B. Falk College of Sport, graduating with a 3.7 GPA and Dean’s List honors for seven consecutive semesters before being accepted to UConn Law.
